Ms. Altman is a teacher here at River Dell High School and runs the Best Buddies Club which is a part of Best Buddies International The Best Buddies Club is one of the most popular clubs every year here at River Dell High School.
Ms. Altman is also one of the most popular and loved teachers by students, which makes her a great mention for International Women’s Day, which was established in 1911 to advocate for women’s rights across the world.
Ms. Altman is the leader of the Best Buddies club, which is dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to make sure kids with disabilities are included in the student body and have a place in the school culture.
